A course bundle is a collection of courses and activities bundled
together within a single package on Knowledge Lab.
All course bundles are available AT
NO COST to Namibian healthcare professionals.
To enroll
to a course bundle, you can follow these easy steps:
1. Visit Knowledge Lab and Sign Up (register your account) or Sign In to your existing account.
Visit
the How to Sign Up guide for assistance in registering your account.
2. Click on ‘Learning & Education’ on the navigation
bar (top) and select ‘Course Bundles’ in the drop-down list to view available course bundles.
3. Click
on ‘Access’ on the course bundle (tile) that you want to enroll to.
You
will be directed to the course bundle page.
4. Click
on ‘Access’ to enroll in the course bundle.
You
will be directed to a payment page as part of the enrolment.
This
is part of the enrolment process and you WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY to enroll as all bundles
are available at no cost to healthcare professionals.
5. Click
on ‘Buy’ at the bottom of the page to complete the enrolment process.
You
will be directed to your Dashboard from where you can access all the
courses and activities included in the course bundle.
6. Scroll
down on your Dashboard to view your Courses & Learning Activities
section.
7. Click on ‘Bundles’ on the filter options and select the course bundle that you have
been enrolled to from the drop-down list.
The
first three (3) courses within the course bundle that you are enrolled to will
be listed for you to access and complete.
8. Click
on the ‘Load more’ button at the bottom of the page to view the remaining courses within the bundle.
9. Click
‘Continue’ on the course or activity that you want to access.
You
will be directed to the Course Page where you need to click on ‘Continue’
to access the material.
You
will enter the course from where you can access all the training material,
assessments (and certificate if completed successfully).
10. You
can navigate through the course material via the ‘Previous’ and ‘Next’ buttons
on the top navigation bar and track your progress on side menu.
